We have been wanting to visit this place for over a year since we saw it on Google Maps during a road trip from TX to CA. We finally were able to visit for breakfast on another road trip to Utah recently. Fortunately for us, one of the staff was out so the owner was filling in. He was very warm and friendly and made several recommendations. I ended up getting a breakfast burrito with red and green sauce and my girlfriend ordered a Belgian waffle with caramel-apple sauce. Both items were spectacular. The burrito was gigantic and the homemade sauces were excellent. We bought a fresh-baked blueberry muffin to go and that didn't last long in the car. We got there right at opening and the place was empty so we got a chance to chat with the owner for a bit. He was very friendly and hospitable. We will definitely be returning for another visit the next time we're in the area!
