I was helped by a young man named Brody K. He explained my options for a new battery, replaced the old battery and then, when the engine light still was on after replacing the battery, did a diagnostic and attempted to find the problem. What impressed me the most was that when he was not sure about the diagnostic results he went and found another person to get a second opinion. This is so in contrast to other auto stores I have visited (when the males posture about their understanding of cars) that I was very impressed. Brody was friendly and very polite. The night before I spoke to a very friendly women (I did not get her name) who looked up if they had the battery for my car. Wonderful people.
Everyone here is great and knowledgeable. Very clean and very organized store. The prices are quite reasonable and fair. Most everything here is good quality. The warranties are fantastic.
