I ordered an arrangement online at the last minute for same day delivery. Kathy called me within an hour of placing the order to let me know that she didn't have everything necessary to make the specific arrangement I ordered, but was more than willing to work with me to make something equally as beautiful. The arrangement (and chocolates!) delivered was gorgeous and fresh and my partner just loved it! I received great customer service from order through delivery and three days later the flowers are still bright and beautiful. We are new to the East Mountains and I'm happy to say that we've found the perfect flower shop for all occasions.
