Delicious food, good service, and a nice atmosphere. We stumbled across this place one Sunday afternoon and instantly fell in love. Will be going back here regularly.

I have been a regular here for 12 years. The food is consistently wonderful. The hearty portions almost always mean I get 2 meals for one! The fun and spunky decor features pieces by local artists that are available for purchase. The wait staff really know their stuff!
They are so nice, I take clients with disabilities here and the waitresses are so nice and understanding. Food is great also!
Also, I had complained that my fries were lukewarm and (wow) she offered to bring me a fresh batch but not until I put the "cold" ones on a plate for her because (she said otherwise) I would have had two orders of fries.
I have gone to Katrina's many times over the years. Sometimes it was good sometimes not so good. Sometimes the service was very good and

My burger was being served and I said to the waitress: " excuse me but there is a long hair in my burger" and she said: " oh, don't worry it is probably just one of mine!" ( yes, the hair in my burger matched her hair color and length...should that have made me feel better about my "hairy" burger?????)
