My wife and I have been using Western Trails for eleven years and have been pleased with the services and care our animals have received. The critters they have treated range from a domestic rabbit to my wife's horses. The staff and doctors have always been attentive and responsive to our needs. The familiarity they've established with us and our animals enhances the effectiveness of the care. Docs have come and gone and we miss a couple of them but we've never been given reason to question the competence of any of the vets at Western Trails.
I have a lot of respect for the vets and staff at this office, and have never met with anything but kindness, compassion, excellent care and good old fashioned common sense. They all listen to the owners and respect that perspective; they explain things clearly and intelligently; they reach out with that extra attention when we have been stressed and concerned. I consider myself very lucky to have this vet practice available.

I am so grateful for this place and the compassionate people working here. We had to take our beloved pug to be seen yesterday. She was in such pain. Thank you for making her passing on more bearable.
With 6 horses, 4 cats and 3 dogs living on large acreage in a rural environment, we depend on caring, knowledgeable and sensible vet care. In the last year, after years without incident, we have had a dog gored by a stag, a dog with plague and a dog with a broken leg. Thanks to Dr. Boswell and the rest of the staff, all have recovered fully and we still have enough money left to eat!
